> iPANDA builds online ticketing and booking systems where visitors buy and pay themselves, get QR code tickets, and staff check tickets and sales in a back office.

## Problems we solve

Selling tickets on site creates long queues, makes sales hard to check, and prevents planning visitor numbers ahead.

Visitors want to buy tickets before they travel.

## How we work

1. **Discovery & workshop** — We run a workshop with your team to agree on goals, users and scope before development starts.
2. **Design** — We design the system structure and screens (UX/UI) to be easy to use and match your brand.
3. **Development** — We build with technology suited to the project's size and future growth.
4. **QA & UAT** — We test the system and run user acceptance testing (UAT) with real users before launch.
5. **Launch** — We deploy, launch and hand over the system to your team.
6. **Maintenance** — We maintain, fix and extend the system after launch.
